A history teacher in Tokyo, Toshio Eto has had a family secret; his ancestor in 1200's Japan, whom he was named for, was blessed with great power, power which awoke in Toshio himself. Taking on the name "Samurai", Toshio spends his time not just as a teacher, but using his powers over the weather and more to fight crime in Japan. His bravery is well known, his spirit is strong.
