Fan Casting Plunder in Return to the DC Universe

The Rogues first met Plunder when they entered his reality thanks to Mirror Master, before pulling him to the main reality from the Mirror Universe. Plunder is a professional bounty hunter with tremendous skills, first gaining notoriety when he joined Blacksmith's New Rogues, taking the place of his counterpart, KCPD Detective Jared Morillo, even if he was exposed. Thought to be defeated when Hunter Zolomon aka Zoom had shattered a mirror he was in, Plunder has been pulled back thanks to some resources by Blacksmith. Now he waits to strike against the Flash Family once more.
