Fan Casting Phantom Lady in Return to the DC Universe

The beautiful daughter of the late Senator Henry Knight, Stormy Knight could have settled for the comfortable life of a debutante, but instead decided to pursue the more exciting life of a superhero, leading her to gain Black Light Bands similar to Sandra Knight and Dee Tyler to become the new Phantom Lady thanks to S.H.A.D.E. during some of its darker moments, while watching them for her father, who was killed because of it. Even with her own flaws, Stormy proved herself to be a great Phantom Lady, which led her to become part of the Freedom Fighters.
