As the son of Fred Cantrell, an anthropologist and Osoro, the daughter of the hidden realm of Feithera, Norda Cantrell felt like an outsider to his people outside of his parents and his grandfather Worla. Eventually venturing to the outside world, Norda would become a superhero, dubbed Northwind, and became a charter member of Infinity, Inc. In recent years, due to the Feitherans being attacked, Norda has evolved into more bird than man... losing his ability to speak until recently, as he seeks to allow a peace between Feitherans and humans.
