Fan Casting Neron in Return to the DC Universe

A fallen angel, Neron, like Lucifer, tried to oppose God, but was cast down. Eventually rising in the ranks, Neron would go on to take the mantle of Satan. Bartering in souls, Neron would heavily be involved in offering promises to various superheroes and supervillains in the "Underworld Unleashed" crisis. In recent times, Neron had died, leaving his throne vacated until Blaze took it. But in the shadows... Neron has begun to rise again, and he wants his throne back.
