Fan Casting Jet in Return to the DC Universe

One of ten chosen by the Guardians of the Universe to be a successor, Celia Windward was granted powerful electromagnetic powers that gave her flame-like energy, which led her to become Jet. Jet served strongly with her fellow New Guardians, before she was supposedly killed by AIDS contracted fighting the Hemo-Goblin. But she managed to survive due to her powers and gift, leading her to become a new leader of the Global Guardians... only for her to lose her spirit when Prometheus decimated them. However, when Doctor Mist came to her to help him reform the Guardians, Celia reluctantly accepted, but wants to not be a puppet anymore.
