Fan Casting Jesse Quick in Return to the DC Universe

The daughter of Johnny Quick and Liberty Belle, Jesse looked up to both of her parents, but followed more closely in her father's shoes, wanting to learn his speed formula which allowed him to access the power of the Speed Force. Working with the JSA at a young age, Jesse would go on to ally with Wally West and other speedsters, even as her father died. Soon, Jesse would become a part of the Titans, then losing her connection to the Speed Force against Zoom, Jesse would become Liberty Belle, until she restored her connection, and returned with both her parents' powers as Jesse Quick.
