Fan Casting Jemm in Return to the DC Universe

The son of King Jaxx, Jemm was protected from the infighting of the people of Saturn due to his mother Jarlia, and allowed to train with his mentor Rahani in the use of his powers that all Saturnians have from their ancient Martian-based DNA. Eventually, he would go to Earth for a time, as well as being forced to be a part of Lex Luthor's first Injustice Gang by the Worlogog. Now free, Jemm is the king of Saturn, hoping to establish peace across Sol, being an ally to those who fight for justice, even as he himself would prefer not to fight... but he will if he must.
