Fan Casting Henry Bendix in Return to the DC Universe

A brilliant mind who felt hampered by morality, Henry Bendix grew up in a hostile environment, but utilizing his mind to be able to create many things and discovering new ways of thinking. This led him down the road to join the US government, where in his time with them, he realized humanity was too stupid to survive on its own and needed his guidance to save it. Others would join him, and he would begin his goals, forming the Tabula Rasa base and taking children with potential metagenes for forming an army to save the world. With his cybernetic enhancements, Bendix makes himself a formidable foe for all Earth's heroes, including the new Young Justice.
