Fan Casting Flex Mentallo in Return to the DC Universe

Flex Mentallo was once just an ordinary guy who was tired of being scrawny, before he was given a chance to improve himself from a mysterious person, who gave Flex a coupon for the book, "Muscle Mystery for You". Completing it, Flex became a crime fighter, but ended up losing time when he was kidnapped by the Men from N.O.W.H.E.R.E. Eventually coming to Danny the Street, Flex would regain his memories when he would see the Doom Patrol in action, joining them. With his power of Muscle Mystery, Flex can alter reality itself by flexing specific muscles.
