Fan Casting Dust Devil I in Return to the DC Universe

The youngest of the Blasters, Moshe Levy and his mother were taken from Tel Aviv as part of the Dominators' experiments in the metagene during their efforts in the Alien Alliance's invasion of Earth. Though for a time with the Blasters, Moshe and his mother returned home to Israel, before eventually moving to America. Now a teenager, Moshe or Mo as he sometimes calls himself was recruited by Red Robin for the Teen Titans, to further train his aerokinetic powers as well as his bringing his spirit to the game.
