Fan Casting David Singh in Return to the DC Universe

The current head of the Central City Crime Lab, David Singh means well, but he has alienated a lot of members of the CSI team with his trying to emphasize on quantity of cases solved as opposed to quality of the work as well as his attitude. He can tend to not see value at times in the work of many people in the CSI, such as Barry Allen, though he has Captain Frye having him trust in why Barry is as good as he is.
