Fan Casting Control Freak in Return to the DC Universe

A real television and film whiz, Conrad Tiberius Frakes was often made fun of by peers because of his obsession. However, that motivation led him to use his amazing intellect to create a powerful series of gadgets, including a remote control that allows him to alter reality around him as well as to enter television signals and movies. Dubbed Control Freak by the press, Conrad would go on to battle the Teen Titans regularly, dubbing himself their "arch-nemesis", while also being able to research his enemies to a T.
