An Airman in the US Air Force, Amy Allen was a test subject for Project Quantum, a project spearheaded in secret by her mother to try to duplicate the powers of Captain Atom. Amy would call herself "Bombshell", and become a part of the Teen Titans, even as she betrayed them to Deathstroke's Titans East, and was supposedly killed by a brainwashed Batgirl. Surviving thanks to her Dilustel bond, Amy was tricked by her mother to hunt her father, but would be stopped by the Titans and rejoin them. Seeking redemption for her past, Bombshell mixes attitude with guts and powers on par with Captain Atom.
