Fan Casting Angle Man in Return to the DC Universe

Born in Italy, Angelo Bend sought to seek the various "angles" to life, leading him to become a master thief. What made him more dangerous was a unique item called the Angler, which allowed him to teleport anywhere, as well as to alter space, gravity, and perceptions, meaning no conventional prison could hold him. Dubbing himself the Angle Man, Bend would clash against Wonder Woman primarily, but he has also batted the Flash, the JLA and others, despite briefly losing the Angler to Replicant.
