Meyer was a police officer at Raccoon City's police department. He was known for being one of their better marksmen. Meyer entered the police department as it was besieged by zombies during the Raccoon City Destruction Incident. He assisted in holding off the zombies as they tried to break through the windows. He saved David Ford from a zombie attack, but was eventually killed when David panicked and left behind him to be devoured by zombies.
