Brad Vickers nicknamed "Chicken Heart" was a Caucasian-American and a member of the Raccoon Police Department's S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team. During the t-Virus outbreak, Brad soon discovered he was being stalked by one of Umbrella's latest B.O.W.s, the Nemesis-T Type, which he correctly deduced was sent to hunt down S.T.A.R.S. officers. Vickers was able to warn Jill Valentine, when she found Brad seriously injured by zombies at the Black Jack Bar. Shortly after, he died a gruesome death, when the Pursuer tracked him down to the police station entrance and mutilated him.
