Tom Harris, a former mercenary with a troubled past, now dedicates his life to humanitarian work, leading convoys of food and medical aid through some of Africa’s most treacherous regions. During a high-stakes journey across the Sahara, Tom’s convoy is ambushed by heavily armed militants led by a ruthless warlord named “The Viper,” whose reputation as a ghostly figure has sown fear across borders. The Viper and his militia abduct members of Tom’s team, seizing a cache of classified military equipment being covertly transported within the convoy. Tom narrowly escapes the ambush and finds himself at a crossroads: return to safety or venture back into the desert to rescue his team. He reluctantly partners with Amina Diop, a tough-as-nails local intelligence officer with a personal vendetta against The Viper, who was responsible for an attack on her village years earlier. The two navigate scorching dunes, ancient desert towns, and treacherous terrain, facing ambushes and mistrustful allies along the way. As they close in on The Viper’s trail, Tom and Amina discover his true intent: he’s in possession of a weapon that could incite chaos across the entire continent. Racing against time and fighting their own past demons, Tom and Amina must infiltrate The Viper’s remote desert fortress and put an end to his plans before he unleashes a wave of destruction that will ignite a brutal war.
