After leaving Bludhaven, Jassie Todd has moved back to Gotham City, In the East End area, a crime filled neighborhood Jassie has decided to clean up in hopes to find her purpose back on Earth since coming back from the dead. The East End is home to a homicidal maniac named Lonnie Machin, who calls herself Anarky. Lonnie came from poverty, her dad was brutally skined and murder when she was a child, her dad’s death went unnoticed to the Gotham PD as they were busy protecting a Wayne Enterprise charity event. Since then Lonnie has had a hatred towards Wayne Enterprise, as she plans to blow up the building. Jassie must stop this maniac, but she has to get help from a street smart high school drop out, Harper Row, a airline stewardess Isaiah, who accidentally found out Jassie's Idenity, and two Gotham Detectives to take down Anarky.
