Synopsis

Red Hood is in town in which he plans to get revenge on Batman for not saving him from The Joker. But Bruce is away on matters that cannot be avoided and the only person left in Gotham to contend with him is Batgirl aka Barbara Gordon.

Description of Lex Luthor (Post credit scene making Bizzaro while hiring Bloodsport):

Earlier in the story an illegal shipment was being fought over that contained special tools needed to craft Bizarro. Lex asks what the damage was and is glad to find out more than half the shipment has made it to Lex corp even after Black Mask’s smugglers made a mess of things. He then tells Bloodsport that he better ready for his next target, because he’s going to target the most dangerous man on the planet, Superman.
