Bill is one of veteran in Indian Wars that turned into a gang leader of the Bill's Gang. His military prowess really turned this gang into a small-sized militia that would rule a town as a micronation, but behind his cruel general persona... Bill is one of Van Der Linde trusted Brute back in the day. John knew him, so did Bill to John. His presence in their first encounter after a decade and four years led him to take down John in spite of 'old wound' of what happened in the gang during the fallout. But little did he know, The Wolf he once seen wasn't the same meek ol' John in Van Der Linde.
