follows outlaw Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang as they flee a failed robbery in 1899. Forced to go on the run from government agents and bounty hunters, the gang struggles to survive by robbing, stealing, and fighting while dealing with their way of life coming to an end as the Wild West era closes. The story explores themes of loyalty, betrayal, and the changing times as the gang fractures from internal conflict and Arthur confronts his own morality.
