"NIGHTHAWK" was a helicopter pilot employed by the Umbrella Security Service. During Operation: NESTWRECKER, NIGHTHAWK was on stand-by as the extraction helicopter following the Alpha Team's successful retrieval of the Golgotha Virus from NEST. However, when the mutant Dr. William Birkin attacked Alpha Team, he was left around Raccoon City for the next week.
