In Neo-Galactica, Max befriends Punker, a rebellious punk girl, and her friends. They uncover a plot by the oppressive CEO Mr. Wrench to control the city. Using art, music, and guerrilla tactics, they rally the citizens to reclaim their individuality. With animation inspired by "Spider-Verse" and a soundtrack by Gorillaz, the film celebrates self-expression and the fight against conformity.
