The story follows a 15-year-old Thai-American teenage girl, Primmy, after moving from Thailand to the United States because her mother has to work there. But what she worries most about is having problems speaking and learning English, making her speak English. But she is invited by her friends to join the English club, making her agree and able to speak English.
