Saban's Power Rider
A man named David was walking around with his girlfriend, Misty, taking pictures. A few hours later, a race of past villains joined forces to conquer the Earth. David was later met by an alien from Edenoi called Dex and tells him that the monsters that are united and wants to conquer Earth. Dex gave David the belt and weapons and cards to allow him to contain powers to become Power Rider Decade.
