An animated Power Rangers adaption of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger vs Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. It's the year 2107 and Earth is now home to millions of human and non-human races. In addition to aiding her family at home in New York two years following Darius Dunn's arrest, Hamato Catarina, the great granddaughter of Hamato Donatello and Sapphira, is hoping to become the first mutant in her class to join the IGPD (short for Intergalactic Police Department) under its new leadership. However, when a group of alien mercenaries called the Phantom Thieves steal a treasure collection called the Canine Jewels, Catarina not only has to work with other newcomers in order to get the treasure back, but also go against her old friends Merrik and Landor... Go Power Rangers!
