Our unnamed protagonist starts having visions and becomes paranoid. Seeing faces, hearing screams and gunshots at night, he soon gets his house foreclosed on and starts writing in his journal. Sensing that some evil presence is taking people over, he takes up arms and massacres upon those "infected."
