Their have been many different sailors that have existed throughout history; none of them quite like Popeye! With heart, soup, and a can of spinach always on him, Popeye has sailed the seven seas for the sake of adventure. Now, Popeye, along with his allies, are dragged into an all out war amongst sailors; the winner is the true sailing master of the world!
