Set in the Poniez dimension, the series follows princess Astrid Brooks, a teenager from Earth who discovers her fairy powers and enrolls in Faria, a boarding school for fairies and witches. She befriends her six friends, Carissa Furi, Iris Shiva, Julia Mendoza, Jenna Bradshaw, Musa Ryu and Lara Lavender, forming Poniez Rainbow with secret ponies to combat the magical forces of darkness while exploring themes of friendship, identity and empowerment.
