Description of Gardevoir (English Dub):

Gardevoir is one of the three Pokemon that makes up Team Blue Star, a team of Pokemon who claim to be famous and powerful explorers but are actually fairly weak. While she's arguably the strongest member of the group and most fit to lead, she's also a space case and lazy to a fault. She and her team members initially pretend to help the hero revive Groudon and Kyogre, but in actuality trick them into doing all the work so Team Blue Star can get all the praise, only to call upon their help when the two Legendaries go on a primal rampage.
