Patrick "Eel" O'Brian was formerly a petty criminal working for the evil mobboss, Rupert Thorne, but all that change when a theft at a chemical company went wrong and resulted in him falling into the vat of chemicals, which let tl his body mutating into a rubber-like form. Deciding to change his life for the better, Patrick becomes the superheroe known as, Plastic Man, in order to atone for his crimes in the past. Howerer, he soon learns that being a superheoe, ins't very easy as he thought it was
