They discover that a woman with same abilities as them is acting suspiciously. As they close, in they discover it's Madame Rouge, a member of the Supervillain Team, The Brotherhood of Evil. She is stealing hight tech equipment for a diabolical scheme to brainwash innocent civilians. Can they stop her?
