After being abandoned and betrayed by his companions, an outlaw has his body soaked in a chemical substance that gives him the ability to stretch like rubber. He decides to use his new powers to take revenge on the criminals who abandoned him, but his actions put him on a collision course with the new boss of the criminal underworld who, by chance, is also his ex-girlfriend.
