Primary antagonist of the first movie. Master of ceremony at his amusement park "Murderworld". He imprisons the students and subjects them to his psychotic attractions. Is not a mutant. We learn he is the son of Senator Robert Kelly, an outspoken critic of mutants. Growing up he became furious because he believes his father is more interested in his career and speaking out against mutants, then loving him.
