The film follows Parappa, a rapper dog with a great passion for music. Parappa embarks on an adventure to prove his talent and win his love for Sunny Funny, an adorable and talented girl. To achieve this, Parappa must overcome different musical challenges, face rival rappers, and find his true voice through music.
