Dr. Bruce Banner was working for the US Army to develop a gamma radiation based fusion device but was bombarded with an immeasurable ammount of gamma rays in an attempt to rescue a teenager out on the test site. The aftermath transformed Banner into a green, hulking behemoth and he must now run from the army to protect the teenager he rescued and the love of his life.
