The parallel nightmares of journalist Miles Upshur and whistleblower Waylon Park unfold simultaneously within the decaying Mount Massive Asylum. Miles, armed with his camera, faces grotesque experiments and supernatural horrors, while Waylon, a reluctant whistleblower, navigates the asylum's sadistic staff and Murkoff's enforcers. Flashbacks to the inmates' stories provide a chilling backdrop. As past and present converge, both protagonists fight for survival, exposing the thin line between sanity and madness.
