Original idea
A potential Netflix web television series about a 15-year-old girl who finds out that she was adopted from Israel when her parents died after they avoid running over a dog but failed as they not only crashed but landed right into the river before they drowned. She finds out that her adoptive parents moved to New York City when she was 5 and was put to foster care until at age 7.
