Imagine a live-action superhero teen show based around superheroes from the late 1990's to the late 2000's. Based on existing property or not. How would this look in your mind? The basic plot in mind is that Numbuh One (of the KND) has formed a new orginzation for teens.

Description of Buttercup Utonium (Buttercup Utonium):

Buttercup, of the Powerpuff Girls, is known as the Toughest Fighter among the trio. With short black hair and lime green eyes, she's portrayed as headstrong and aggressive, often displaying a mean streak and a dislike for admitting defeat. Despite her tough exterior, she has a softer side and is protective of her sisters. Named Buttercup by Professor Utonium, she's fun-loving but dislikes losing and can be seen as a tomboy. She often comes up with solutions in tough situations and, despite her brash attitude, is comfortable in her own gender. She once held a crush on Ace of The Gangreen Gang but quickly ended it when she realized his intentions.
