Following the defeat of Max Winters and his former stone generals, New York City returns to normal or rather, as close to normal as it gets. With the Ninja Turtles and their girlfriends, the Moon Blossoms just a year away from entering adulthood, questions about the future begin plaguing their minds. However, when the Utroms contact them to tell them that there are other mutants in the world besides them, Splinter, and Leatherhead, they decide to seek them out. Things get complicated when Leatherhead makes new friends and one of them takes a major romantic interest in Christie James. Same goes for when an evil alien crime boss named Null sets his sights on Earth and more... Turtle Power!
