Lou is a struggling young reporter looking for his big break. After a lot of struggle and errors, he finds only one solution to find superstardom. He not only blackmails a journalist to get tv time, but he also destroys road signs in order to cause accidents. This still isn’t enough for him however, so he decides to up the ante a little. He thinks killing people, then reporting on their deaths. Is the best way to get his story out there, and shockingly, it works.
