A close friend of Vee's and Sydney's husband. Married Sydney after graduating college and they have one young daughter. He is a computer whiz and a brilliant hacker and often assists Sydney and the cyber security firm. However, he has opted to become a technology education teacher and is Kayla and Randalls favorite teacher. Like Sydney his bond with Vee and Ian is strained as they both went off the grid without telling them. Over the course of the film he repairs his friendship with both of them.
