In the neon-soaked mega-city of New Elysium, 2086, two powerful street empires rule the underground: The Chrome Serpents — cyber-enhanced gangsters with bio-mechanical augmentations, thriving on tech smuggling, cybernetics, and black-market AI. The Crimson Oni — brutal, honor-bound warriors with experimental genetic enhancements, controlling the drug trade, black-market organ trafficking, and underground fight rings. After years of uneasy peace, a mysterious assassination of both gangs’ lieutenants sparks an all-out war that threatens to consume the entire city. Caught in the middle is a former gang member turned detective, trying to solve the murder before New Elysium burns. The film blends Blade Runner-style atmosphere with John Wick-level action and The Warriors-style gang rivalries.
