It's been nearly ten years since Nemo invaded dreams to exact his fishy form of revenge. Now his memory has been systematically erased by a town determined to put an end to Nemo once and for all. They've eliminated their fear of Nemo, absolute torture for an egomaniac fish who's a legend in his own mind. But then, Nemo resurrects Flounder, the perfect means to once again instill fear on Great Barrier Reef.
