Five years after the defeat of Casanova Frankenstein, The Mystery Men have become champion city's new famous superheroes. But a new bad guy enters in and plans to resurrect an army to destroy Champion City and rule the entire earth. With the Mystery Men recruiting a phew new members, it is up to them to defeat this new villain and save the world again.
