My version of MCU
Picture this: Set in the 1940s a lone cop begins to doubt his department having too many rules to get anything done so he takes it upon himself to enforce the law and take down any criminals who threaten his city including the evil Mandarin who plots to not only take over this world but will start by destroying his city and this mystery man is willing to step up to the challenge.
