Fan Casting BLUE BEETLE in DCU CHAPTER 1

Jaime Reyes finds a Scarab and fuses with it to become Blue Beetle. The Scarab is a weapon of a galactic invading race called the Reach, but Jaime chooses to use it for good. The Reach send a powerful warrior called Black Beetle to reclaim Jaime's Scarab and invade Earth. Black Beetle is the polar opposite of Jaime, and shows how the Scarab can be used for evil. The struggle between the two causes Jaime to question both his humanity and his path as a hero. With the help of his friends and family, Blue Beetle stops Black Beetle and protects Earth from the Reach threat.
