Description of Blair:

Blair plus her cat and wife resided in San Francisco. She was believed to have murdered Mrs. Pacini, an eighty-five-year-old neighbour, because someone claimed she was a paranoid schizophrenic who had claimed Mrs. Pacini had been stealing from her for several years. Nyles introduces Blair to Dee. She educates Dee about the regulations, survival techniques, and life on Alcatraz. Gucci Hangman captured and executed her after kettlebells snapped her neck. When Gucci Hangman carved a heart into Blair's body, Dee started searching into Monica's assassination. Blair was a short Asian woman with freckled cheeks, light blue eyeshadow and lipstick, and shoulder-length black hair with blue streaks.
