Man Hajoon, a high-ranking member of the Dark Army, acts as their cleaner and becomes Cho Dong-Yul's handler. He fixes the gun hidden in the popcorn machine by Jae Hwa and returns it to Dong-Yul. Sadly, Dong-Yul shoots Min Joon in the stomach for refusing to participate in Stage 2. Hajoon arranges Min Joon's life-saving surgery. Later, Hajoon teams up with Dong-Yul and Sun-Hee for Stage 2. To recruit Eui into the Dark Army, Hajoon resorts to intimidation and violence by killing her boss, a Dark Army mole, and threatening her family. Eventually, Hajoon leaves the organization and becomes an author.
